About

Security research with a clear purpose.

Project Lighthouse is a security research initiative focused on identifying meaningful weaknesses, understanding their real-world impact and helping organisations improve their security posture.

A central focus is the security impact of AI itself: researching emerging cyber threats from AI systems, testing the capabilities of the latest AI technologies, and turning what we learn into practical help for defenders.

Its work may include security research, application and architecture reviews, analysis of publicly exposed attack surfaces, and responsible vulnerability disclosure.

Operating principles

Evidence over noise. Findings should be reproducible, relevant and clearly explained.

Minimise impact. Research should avoid unnecessary access, disruption, persistence or collection of sensitive information.

Respect scope and authorisation. Active testing is performed only where permission or an appropriate authorised programme exists.

Disclose responsibly. When a genuine issue is identified, the goal is remediation—not publicity.
